If you are heavily into sweatshirts like I am, then you’ve probably spent a fair amount of hours browsing the web, looking for the best sweatshirts you can find. I’ve seen many sweatshirts myself and I must say that, the ones that stand out the most, are sweatshirts for teenagers. Some of them look really pretty. I wish I were a teenager myself so that I could wear that kind of clothing and still look good in it. Oh well, looks like I’ll have to be satisfied with just looking at the pretty pictures. You can’t have everything in life, now can you? So what separates a teen sweatshirt from an adult sweatshirt?

Social status is very important for teenagers and clothing designers know and realize this very well. That’s why they always design sweatshirts that have all these wild patterns and colors on them. That’s what teens like. Another thing that teens like is to show off their clothing brands to the rest of the world. That’s all find and dandy with sweatshirt manufacturs. They put their brand right out there on the front of the shirt so that everybody can tell who manufactured the shirt!
Another thing that teens like are hoodies. When a teen is wearing a sweatshirt, it is almost always one with a hood. I think I understand why, because the hood gives a person a certain charisma that appeals to teenagers. You also see a lot of teens wearing sweatshirts while they are skateboarding or just hanging around with their peers, listening to whatever music is popular at the time. Speaking of music… the hooded sweatshirt is also very popular in all sorts of music cultures, such as the rap scene, etc.
